Consilio, LLC currently seeks an experienced inside sales manager to manage a new team supporting our Enterprise Legal Services (ELS). In this role, responsibilities include providing ongoing professional development for the inside sales staff, motivating the inside sales staff to achieve inside sales targets, and developing an effective step-by-step process of nurturing leads and converting them into clients. The ideal candidate should understand the legal technology industry, have strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with the inside sales teams and customers as well as demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. This role will partner with Consilio’s Global Revenue Organization (GRO) to strategically identify viable leads and ultimately convert them into clients.
